Oklahoma We the People
Great Plains Chautauqua in 2005, We the People Lectures, and a grant initiative. The reading and discussion program will include topics on American democracy and traveling exhibits projects will be digitized.
To advance the We the People initiative, the Oklahoma Humanities Council will develop special projects and expand the resources of existing programs for use well into the future. OHC will develop WTP projects through Requests for Proposals, the Great Plains Chautauqua, and the We the People Lectures. We will expand two successful programs by adding discussion themes to Let's Talk About It, Oklahoma and digitizing TRACKS exhibits for online use. Through these projects, OHC will advance the knowledge of the principles that define America.
