Preservation, publication and distribution of books and reports originally published between 1899 and 1903 that explore the history of Puerto Rico after the Spanish-American War.
Stimulate a reappraisal of a critical period in American history publishing facsimile editions of books and reports about the Island of Puerto Rico made available between 1899 and 1903 after the Spanish- American War. A series of workshops and conferences will be planned to acquaint History and Social Studies school teachers and History and Social Sciences university professors with the content, historical period and relevance of these sources.
