WCH proposes BETWEEN FENCES: EXPLORING WYOMING BOUNDARIES, a multi-component project comprised of a film discussion series, book discussion series, speakers forum, small grant initiative and a public television documentary exploring boundaries and borders in Western American life. From barbed wire fences to the invisible barriers of class, race and religion, the program will encourage Wyoming residents to explore the historical lines and boundaries that divide and potentially unite our state.
