Jack London, Beauty Ranch, and Re-Imagining The American Dream
Two one-week workshops for 100 school teachers to study the works of Jack London in northern California.
This project provides residence-based, week-long workshops to encourage and strengthen the teaching, study, and understanding of American history and culture. The workshops will give participants direct experiences in the interpretation of a significant historical site, the Jack London State Park, and the use of archival and other primary historical evidence available in SSU Library’s Jack London Archives and at the Jack London State Park.
