Consultant Grant
Although the College's present Medical Humanities seminars have been quite successful, the humanities program needs to be expanded so the students may receive the necessary background in the humanities to be effective osteopathic physicians. Consultant will suggest how to strengthen the humanities program when faculty members have a limited humanities background, will determine what the library and audiovisual resources should be for a medical humanities program, and will explore ways (other than seminars) in which the humanities can be presented.
