PLNC serves the needs of unions and workers in the Portland, OR, region in both union education and development of the self through the integration of courses in the humanities. PLNC requests a consultant to develop a curriculum which will directly relate to specific circumstances of workers and give them initiative to become "self-starters" in the humanities.
