TVA Seminar: More Than 40 Years at the Grassroots
To support study of the TVA by journalists, humanists, scientists and students with a focus on values and issues of environmental and energy policy.
To bring together journalists, humanists, scientists and students to study the Tennessee Valley Authority. Focus would be values: what value does development serve, what are some of its faces as it affects people or a region. Purpose of course is to encourage graduate and advanced undergraduate students to learn about issues of environmental and energy policy and to undertake their own independent research on such issues.
