LINKING ARCHITECTURE AND HISTORY IN THE TEACHING OF UNDERGRADUATES
To develop an undergraduate program in the history of American architecture, material culture, and culture as conventionally defined through cooperation of Hiram's English and history departments and the Geauga County Historical Society. Program will teach students how to judge aesthetically architecture and artifact and how to bring historical analysis to bear in understanding and explaining them.
