INTERDISCIPLINARY COMMUNITY STUDIES PROGRAM
An integrated two-semester, team taught introductory course on the local history of Worcester, Mass. A program of community studies, drawing together different research interests and resources of the faculty of history, sociology and economic geography will be initiated; and student internships in the community will be developed. Cooperation between member institutions of the Worcester Consortium will allow for greater interdisciplinary study.
