A CONCENTRATION IN THE CLASSICAL HUMANITIES
Huron College will initiate a pilot program to test the feasibility of a concentration in Classical Humanities as part of its Career Major curriculum. Offerings will include beginning language instruction in Latin and Greek, and sponsor the Classic Workshop in the Fall Term, 1978.January, 1979 interim will be devoted to the offering "Laughter B.C." Spring term, 1979 will continue language instruction and add a course in "The Hebrew Heritage." After evaluation, Fall, 1979, courses will include beginning and advanced language instruction in Latin and Greek and tentatively, a course in Ancient Literature. Project will be evaluated in January, 1980.
