A Humanities Component for a Management and Policy Program
To assist the Claremont Graduate School in curricular development and pilot instruction for a humanities component in a Management and Policy program. The graduate-level Management and Policy program now under expansion proposes the integrated study of Policy (the determination of ends and means) and Management (the implementation of policy). Courses proposed are: (Philosophy) Ethics, Values and Policy; (History) Management in American History; (Philosophy) The Social Science Bases of Policy Analysis; (History) Decision-Making in American History, The Progressive Era and (English) Management and Policy Documents, a Literary Analysis.
