The Problem of Perception

To work on a manuscript about perception, delving into the many facets of what it is, what has been written on the subject, etc. Perception is a fundamental way of acquiring knowledge about the physical world. The two theories that have been advanced within the framework of a sense-datum epistemology to explain how perception provides knowledge of the physical world are both unsuccessful in their classical forms. Problems concerning perception have perplexed philosophers for centuries. This study should resolve some of the conflicts and establish some of the theories.
