Classical Sources of Renaissance Historiography and Political Theory: Claredon and Hobbes

To study the evolution and transmission of tradition, and classical historiography and classic political theory. This is germane to PI's projects, a dissertation about the first Earl of Clarendon entitled "Clarendon: History, Biography, Style", and a book tentatively called "Hobbes and the Politics of Christian Natural Law."
