The Nature of Arguments: A Study in Language and Culture
To provide a seminar which will study comparatively various ways of thinking and speaking about matters of public choice and value, with special focus on the literatures of ancient Greece, 18th century England and America, and the tests which underlie the making of and interpretation of our Constitution.
