Teaching of Humanistic Thought to the Intellectual Middle Class

Fellow to study the peculiar problems of presenting the humanistic point of view to junior college students, particularly to those who, after two years of junior college, will go on to semi-professional jobs and join the "intellectual middle class." Fellow to study the peculiar problems of presenting the humanistic point of view to the "intellectual middle class." Fellow has taught ethics in both junior college and university situations and has found that humanistic thought appeals more to university students, who typically have a higher intellectual level. Fellow hopes to develop an approach to make humanities more appealing to junior college students, particularly to those who, after 2 years of junior college, will go on to semi-professional jobs and join the "intellectual middle class."
