The New Deal Constitutional Revolution
I would use an NEH summer stipend to work on a history of the New Deal constitutional revolution. I am still in the beginning stages of the research, the bulk of which will be completed in a future sabbatical year. I have published two books with Louisiana State University Press, and they would be the likely publisher of this volume. The book will be broad, interpretive, and synthetic, meeting scholarly standards while appealing to a broader, history-reading audience.
