The Ancient Theatre Archive: The Greek and Roman Theatre Architecture of the Peloponnesus
The project entails the review, editing and online publishing of photographs and researched commentary associated with the ancient theatres of the Peloponnesus; specifically the theatres at Aegeira, Argos, Sikyon, Epidaurus, Messene, Sparti, Megalopolis, Ochomenos, Corinth, and Isthmia. All sites have been visited and photographed. Preliminary research has been conducted and collaborative contributions have been solicited. This project is in conjunction with a much larger project, “The Ancient Theatre Archive,” found at: http://www.whitman.edu/ theatre/theatretour/home.htm.
