Program designed to attract well-trained young graduate students to fill increasing need for personnel in historical agency work. Jointly sponsored by American Association for State and Local History, American Association of Museums, Colonial Williamsburg, National Trust for Historic Preservation. Seminars have been given for 11 years; previously funded under H69-0-24. Funds for fellowships, travel and stipends for fellows.
