Development Program for Orientation Centers and Introductiory Galleries
The M.H. deYoung Memorial Museum would like to develop a system of orientation centers and introductory galleries whose purpose will be to interpret for the general public various aspects of teh museum's permanent collections. The present request is for funds to develop Phase I of the project, an introductory gallery for the museum's permanent exhibition of traditional art of Africa Oceania and the Americans.
