Preserving Frederic Church's Olana Historic Site Collection
The improvement of environmental conditions and the installation of fire suppression and alarm systems at Olana, the Persian inspired home and estate designed by Hudson River School painter Frederic Edwin Church. These systems would protect a 40,000-item collection of furniture, paintings, textiles, works on paper, and archival materials.
