The Architecture and Urban Planning of Manchester, N.H. and Related Planned Corporation Cities in the 19th and 20th Centuries

An historical study of the enviornmental design of several related New England textile manufacturing cities which were planned and developed during the first half of the nineteenth century. Emphasis will be on Manchester, N.H. because of the significance of its architecture and urban design. This project has value both in urban history and urban archaeology.
