The Beauvoir Series
To support a six-volume English edition, with scholarly introductions and annotations of all available texts of Simone de Beauvoir.
An international team of scholars in philosophy and the French language and literature are collaborating on a six-volume series of scholarly, fully annotated English editions of all of Simone de Beauvoir's texts currently available for translation, with introductions to every volume, as well as to individual texts, explaining their philosophical significance.
