The committee for the Huamities in Georgia has c hosen for its second year program the theme: " Georgia in Transition: Race, Land Use, and Liberty" to help georgians gain perspective on changing race relationships and the concep to fo liberty in and industrial and technological society, and on urbanization's impact in the use of land in Georgia. The Comittee plans a total regrant program to encourage broad geographical and institutional participation in the Georgian program.
